All services offered under the GST Partner brand are provided by Aswam Corporation Pvt Ltd. References to "GST Partner", "we", "us", or "our" in this document refer to Aswam Corporation Pvt Ltd.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service offered by GST Partner - including our website, mobile application, or any digital platform - you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

All services are subject to availability and applicable regulatory requirements. GST Partner does not guarantee outcomes dependent on government portals or third-party systems.

1.5 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

1.6 Account Registration and Security

Certain services require account registration. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately at support@gstpartner.com if you suspect unauthorized account access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account

1.7 Fees and Payments

  • Fees will be clearly communicated before any service is rendered
  • All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are due as per terms communicated at the time of service
  • GST Partner uses secure third-party payment processors and does not store card details
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy in Section 3

1.8 Your Obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery
  • Cooperate promptly when additional documents are requested
  • Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of our platform
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in delays, errors, or termination - for which GST Partner bears no liability.

1.9 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with GST Partner are the exclusive intellectual property of Aswam Corporation Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

1.10 Limitation of Liability

  • GST Partner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not responsible for errors caused by government portals, third-party systems, or inaccurate information provided by you
  • We do not guarantee specific tax outcomes, refund amounts, or approval decisions by government authorities

1.11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aswam Corporation Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

1.12 Termination

GST Partner reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful or unlawful. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination.

1.13 Force Majeure

GST Partner shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, network outages, cyber attacks, or changes in applicable law.

1.14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, first contact us at support@gstpartner.com for good-faith resolution within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Kolkata, West Bengal, in English.

1.15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause, legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
